Perform abrasive blasting to achieve ISO 8501-1 Sa 2.5 or SSPC- SP 10 (Near White Metal Blast Cleaning) for optimal cleanliness.

Painting System (Steel)

Primer Coat | SUPERGUARD ZINC RICH

Intermediate Coat | SUPERGUARD HB MIO / SUPERGUARD HB

Topcoat | SUPERGUARD FX-G (Internal), SUPERGUARD PU 777 (External)

Recommendation | 

The surface to be painted should have a temperature between 10–50°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%.

HANDLING AND STORAGE :

Storage

The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
