A high-performance topcoat based on acrylic resin modified with polyurethane. The product provides a glossy, non-yellowing finish with resistance to fading. It features excellent chemical resistance, impact and abrasion resistance, outstanding adhesion to various substrates, and a flexible coating film that prevents cracking.

APPLICATION SYSTEM :

Surface preparation

The steel surface must be primed with an anti-corrosion primer. The primer coat must be fully dry and free from dust, oil, or any contaminants before applying the topcoat.

Recommendation

The surface to be painted should have a temperature between 10–50°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%.

Storage
The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.

• Please observe the precautionary notices displayed on the container. Use under well ventilated conditions. Do not breathe or inhale mist. Avoid skin contact. Spillage on the skin should immediately be removed with suitable cleanser, soap and water. Eyes should be well flushed with water and medical attention sought immediately.

• Suitable as a topcoat providing a glossy finish for steel structures and exterior floors requiring resistance to marine atmospheres, UV radiation, acids, and alkalis. Typical applications include coastal steel structures, steel exposed to sunlight and rain, exterior factory walkways, parking areas, and both interior and exterior surfaces.
